Deposits: the minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited within up to 3 minutes after payment confirmation. Boleto bancário may take up to 2 business days to clear. Withdrawals: the minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Pix withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within up to 10 minutes. Real-money and bonus balances are displayed separately in the account dashboard. Bets draw from the real-money balance first. The bonus balance is used automatically when the real-money balance is insufficient, provided a relevant rollover is in progress.

Bets are considered final once confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in the system. Users are responsible for reviewing all details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after the event has started, except where the cash out feature is available and active.

Bets placed on events whose outcomes were already known at the time of the bet — regardless of any technical failure that may have allowed the wager to be registered — are automatically void and the amount is refunded to the account's real balance.

If a match is restarted before the minimum criteria for a valid result are met, bets may be declared void with a full refund.

In the event of a technical error that results in an undue credit to a user's account, 8886v reserves the right to correct the balance, regardless of any bets already placed using the incorrect amount. The user agrees not to use erroneously credited funds and to immediately report any identified error to support.
